Free Healthy Living Workshops for Older Adults Coming to Johnson County
Older adults in Cleburne and the surrounding area will have the opportunity to participate in two free Healthy Living workshops this fall designed to help participants improve balance, manage chronic health conditions and stay active.
The North Central Texas Area Agency on Aging (NCTAAA) will offer the workshops at the Meals on Wheels of North Central Texas (MoWNCT) location at 203 Kimberly Drive in Cleburne.
Both programs are free and open to adults age 60 and older.
